Decorating with Fabric is very proud of its recent installation of Austrian Shades at The Hurricane Club on the corner of Park Avenue and 26th Street in New York City.

We have recently completed several retail interiors. We took a small role in the window display of the Louis Vuitton flagship store on 57th Street and 5th Avenue. At the request of Lee Hagen, architect with Callison, we fabricated and installed black roller shades that provided privacy while the window designers completed their new displays.

As the summer of 2011 comes to a close, I look back at a very busy time. I can’t recall a better summer for us then this one. We have been working on and completing some great projects.

I’ve visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art many times over the past 40 years that I have visited museums. It is my favorite. In particular I enjoy visiting the period rooms. Below are some photos with descriptions of the rooms.
