As the summer of 2011 comes to a close, I look back at a very busy time. I can’t recall a better summer for us then this one. We have been working on and completing some great projects.
We have just installed blackout roller shades for the front windows of the Louis Vuitton store on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street. They wanted to be able to blackout the windows when they are changing the window display. They are doing their quartely change this Labor Day Weekend.
Here is a photo of the current window display. The new design will be unveiled on Tuesday morning.
We are near completion on our installation of beautiful metal mesh, copper finish draperies at The Park Avenue Armory. The renovation of the Company Rooms on the second floor has been an amazing transformation that restores the Armory back to its original spendor.
We recently installed several drapery treatments for the new Calvin Klein Underware store on Prince Street. We fabricated our SnapPleat Drapery Panels for the changing rooms.
Other jobs we completed this summer include: Jungle City Recording Studio, The Museum of Natural History, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Pearl River Hilton, Tudor Investments, The Tribune, Baruch College and The Picture House.
We have exciting projects lined up for the fall season including The Eileen Fisher Boutique in Bloomingdales, Temple Beth El, and Evans Elementary School.
